How to deal with Mondays: Monday’s time.

Hello my Dears! I hope you are doing well.

I have decided to create short series made of tips, ideas, goals on whatever topic to help us to deal with “Mondays”! Because we all know that Monday is hard. For some reasons most of us are tired, late, in a hurry or simply demotivated to go out of the door.

I know… if you read me for some times now, you might think “where does this negativity comes from?” Don’t worry my Friends: I’m fine! It’s just that I have noticed that on Monday Mornings: I need a second cup of coffee… And while I’m writing I’ve just finished my first one and I’m going to make another one!

So here are my first tips of these series named “Monday s’ Time!”:

Beauty Tips. This one is related to my BSBM series. To avoid touching new spots or scratchy ones I put a bit of clay mask on specific area of my face, I let it dry for 5 to 10 minutes and the spots disappear. I do that while I’m having my breakfast. It is very efficient, and I have noticed that with this technique I don’t have scars left because I have not traumatized my skin.

I think clay mask is a cheap and effective way to get rid of spots.

Food Tips. Even if I am in a hurry or running late, I take 30 seconds to get fruits in my purse: a banana and/or an apple. Very effective to avoid 11 o’clock snack bars…

Admin Tips. To be done in the metro. Think about an administrative task you have to do, chose a date and do it during the week. Like that you free your mind of boring and sometimes heavy things.
