Monday’s time: what to eat on a Monday Evening?

Hej Hej Everyone!

I hope you are all well. from my side I beleive so, even if there are things I find more and more revolting, repulsing, but at least I’m not alone to think that way. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what I want to do with my blog, and the answer is: Everything! I would like to raise attention on food, what we eat, health and how to respect yourself and your environment, how to raise your voice. And I still want to talk about beauty, lifestyle, show the pictures I’m doing.

I know it’s a lot for a Monday, but this is how I feel.

By the way I would like to apologise to SuperDiana because I have not written a blogpost about Glycemic Index, as promised but I will, Promise, Soon!

So here is my Monday’s tips: how to prepare a healthy and fullish meal in 10 minutes. The answer is simple: “Salmon in papillotte”.

You take fresh salmon (250 grams for two, but I personally eat all by myself), put the pieces in a big aluminum foil, add half of a lemon, a bit of salt, some paper, thyme, and little tomatoes, 5 are enough. You fold the foil in two pieces, and let in the hoven, maximum tempature for 30 minutes.
